Executive Partners - Business Consultant positions with expertise in Interim Executive Management, Strategic Staffing/Recruitment or Human Resources Management. While these positions are typically available primarily in New England, some may be located outside the area for periods of time. The positions require competent business skills and knowledge. Candidates must be able to partner with executive teams advising and guiding them through strategic decision making. Candidates must have knowledge and experience in growing and restructuring all levels of the organization from start to finish. Additional experience in training or organizational development a plus.
Part time - Consultants. IronWorks has clients that require part time or intermittent help. This is particularly true for staffing, HR admin, training, facilitation, outplacement, compensation and benefits. If you have an interest and the required ability/knowledge to work part time in any of these areas, let us know.
Part time - Researcher(s). IronWorks on occasion has need for part time researchers to do candidate development and qualification. These positions allow for a flexible schedule and the ability to work from remote locations (home). Experience working on-line and on the phone are required. Knowledge of high technology disciplines and computer terminology required. Enthusiasm and attention to detail are important competencies for this position.
